Our Four Year Wedding Anniversary

Our Four Year Wedding Anniversary

Four years ago today, I said I do, and married my best friend on the most beautiful fall day in Granbury, TX.  We had been together since I was 19 years old, which seems like ages ago to me now. I had never met a boy that made me feel as comfortable as he did. I was always so awkward around boys and probably still am, but he made me realize it was okay to be myself including the dorky and awkward parts of who I am. I loved the way he made me feel when I was with him, and never wanted to leave his side. I said yes to be his wife on November 5th, and what started as a summer romance grew into a life long commitment to love, nurture and care for each other till death do us part.

Today we are still the best of friends and we push each other through our struggles and challenges in life. Throughout our four years of marriage we have struggled through career changes and our move to a new city, but we have also bonded even further through the birth of our little Titan! Now as parents we struggle through even more challenges of raising our son the best way we know how. Every day is an adventure and I appreciate every moment I share with my husband, including the hard and good times.

When I look back on our wedding photos I still can't believe what a beautiful wedding we were blessed with. From the Granbury country club courtesy of aunt Debbie, to my beautifully tailored wedding dress loaned to me from cousin Leslie. Then to the details of my broach wedding bouquet designed by cousin Jenny, our lovely wedding invitation suite  designed by my best friend, and the handcrafted chalk boards and decorations built by my parents. To top it off the wedding  photography by Thanin Vinyaki Photography and the charming appetizers and floral arrangements given to us by my in-laws were amazing. The effort put in by our family and friends was beyond comparison to the small wedding I was expecting , and it is a special day we will always remember. We are truly grateful and I will cherish our memories forever.

Thank you to all our guests that attended and thank to you our family and friends for supporting us over these four years! Here's to many more years and adventures to come and hopefully a new little titan in the near future. Happy Anniversary to my husband and thank you for being my partner in love and life. Check back  with us next week when our share our relaxing weekend getaway in Gruene, TX.

Until our next adventure,

A Titan's Mother
