Welcome back to the Titan Adventures! Today I am sharing our little titan's comic book themed nursery with photos taken by M.K. Sadler Photography. Unfortunately for all the Texas mothers out there, Megan with M.K. Sadler is now based out of LA. She took these photos for us prior to Atlas's arrival in 2013 and I am still so in love with them that I had to share them with you. I am so honored to have been photographed by Megan and I am so happy her career in photography has exploded. Look for features of her work in Once Wed and 100 Layer Cakelet and follow her Facebook page for daily inspiration.
My husband has a true love affair for all things Marvel and DC comics, so naturally we went with a bright and cheerful comic book themed nursery for Mr. Atlas Gray. We had so much fun collecting comic themed toys and decorations to fill our little titan's nursery, and with the help of our friends and family it became a great space.
My in-laws were a large contributor of the nursery including the lovely white furniture which they helped me stand in line for at an Outlet JC Penney store. We were so fortunate to have the help to purchase an entire collection of white furniture for our little titan's room including the white crib, bookshelf and changing table. I had my heart set on white as I wanted a crisp and clean look, with also the mindset of using the white furniture again for a baby girl's nursery.
I hope you enjoy a peek into a titan's nursery and for a list of the comic book decorations used scroll down to the end of this post.
